Due to the digital nature of our Products and services, there are no refunds for book guides, single quests, or seasons. Partial refunds are available for full year enrollment with advance notice. If you’d like to review our program before registration, we encourage you to sign up for the first two chapters of our free book guide, available as a digital download on our website.
By purchasing a Product, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund for any reason unless you have enrolled in a full-year program, in which case you may receive a partial refund with advance notice and at the discretion of the Company. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
This policy is in place because the value of our Product(s) is immediately accessible upon purchase, and the time and resources spent on any live, synchronous, or interactive elements cannot be recovered or returned.
