When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under  13, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in  control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation’s consumer protection  agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of  websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety  online.

Our Website and services are primarily directed to parents, not to children.  We do not specifically market to children under 13. We understand the  importance of protecting children's privacy, particularly in an online  environment. Therefore, consistent parent supervision and monitoring is  required to access our programs. If a parent/guardian becomes aware that their minor child (under the age of  13) has provided information without the expressed consent of a parent or  guardian, please contact us at info@storyseekers.co. Upon your request, we  will delete such information from the Website and files within a reasonable  time period. These practices are in place to ensure the child’s privacy and  safety, and to remain in compliance with prevailing federal laws. By using the Website, you are representing to us that you are not under the age of 13.
